Weight Loss Ticker question

I have my starting weight on my ticket set to my highest weight, but I'm thinking I should change it to my surgery weight..it just looks like a false weight loss to me.

What does everyone else do?

Mine is my highest weight, which I was right before I did the pre-op diet. If it was your weight, it's not false. I say keep it to see how far you've come!

Mine is my weight I started at my first month of 6 months supervised weight loss.. I figure it is part of my process, I might as well add it :) I am proud of it!

I use my highest weight during my 6m pre-op waiting period.  I lost all my weight in late 2013 and 2014 - so it is recent for me.

Do whatever you want to do.  It is your journey!

This was asked just the other day!  I go by my high weight which also just happened to be at my second NUT visit and the beginning of the year. It makes things easy since I can say "I've lost 65 pounds this year!"

I have mine set on my 3rd visit on my 6 month supervised diet.  Maybe I should of use my weight when I first seen the nutritionist.

I use the weight I was at when I started my pre-op diet six weeks prior to surgery.  It isn't my highest weight, but I feel it's the number that best represents my commitment to WLS and lifestyle changes.  It doesn't matter what number you use.  Whatever you're comfortable with is the most important.
