Good morning my sleevers.  I am officially 6 months post-op!!!  I am down approximately 80 lbs and loving it!!!  I sooo look forward to joining the 100 club soon.  But, I have noticed a little stall along the way.  I have been at 218.4 and 219.1 for 2 weeks now.  Any advice on how to jump start the weight loss machine again will be very helpful and very thankful.  Enjoy your day!!!

Great job!  Are you working out?  If not, then start and if you are, maybe change it up a little.  Try getting more water in.   I'm 5 months post op and down about 77 lbs. Good luck

Congratulations!!  Are you getting all your water and protein in?  That's what I'd check out first.  And then I'd probably weigh, measure, and log everything for a week or two, just to make sure I wasn't eating more than I thought I was!
