Whatcha Eating Today VSGers??? Saturday!!

Hi all -- I hope you are having a nice Saturday.  It is HOT hear in Chicago.  I had a great workout this morning, then took my son to the pool and we just got back from seeing How to Train Your Dragon 2.  It was fun.  Now I'm hoping to just hang out at home tonight, do some cooking and watch TV.

B - chike

S - greek yogurt w/ protein powder

L - crustless quiche, sweet potato & 1 oz mozzarella and prosciutto (oh man ate a bit too much!)

S - greek yogurt & blueberries

D - turkey burger & brussel sprouts

S - cottage cheese & blackberries -- maybe some nuts too -- it is a hungry day!

E - lift & fast mile (7:41 - PR)

W - check

V - check

Today is a wonky day for me, but not a bad day.

B: Premier Chocolate shake

L: 3c popcorn, string cheese

S: 5oz ****tail shrimp, .66T sauce, 4oz watermelon, .5oz cashews

D: 1c romaine, 2T vegan ceasar dressing, 2" cucumber, 2T chopped onion, 3 slices Canadian bacon, 1T grated parmesan, 2 small tomatoes

S: 4oz cottage cheese, 2oz diced peaches

W: On trac,

V: almost done

E: lots of walking today, but nothing structured.
