Anyone have a good schedule on the vitamins?

So many of them at times I just want to take them all at once!

I know we are all told different things by our surgeons and you have to follow whatever directions you were told, but for the sleeve, I do not have a lot of vitamin requirements at all.  I was told to take 1 Opurity (by Unjury) once a day and it contains everything I need all in 1.  I also need additional calcium so I take that twice a day.  I take my Opurity with breakfast and take my first calcium a couple hours later to get maximum benefit.  Then another at night.  That is it.  I personally have low Vitamiin D so my endocrinologist has had me on 50,000 Rx which I take once a week at night, but that's been for years.  What additional vitamins were you told you have to have from your surgeon?  I know RNY patients need a lot more, but sleevers do not.

That would be bad, since we can only use 500-600 mg calcium at a time and calcium can't be taken with Iron.

I do the following, all two hours apart:

1. Iron and vitamin C

2. Multi, calcium, B12, vitamin D (with food)

3. Calcium, vitamin K

4. Multi, calcium, vitamin D (with food)

I too have issues with taking my all of my vitamins. If I can remember everything, this is what I try to do:

6 AM: PPI (Prevacid)

6:30 AM: Calcium (600 mg) w/ food

10:00 AM: Multiviatmin & B12

6:00 PM: Multivitamin

8:00 PM: Calcium (600mg) w/ light snack

I don't think there is much wiggle room, as I can't take the calcium w/ my multiviamin (which has iron), because I won't absorb it properly. I have to take the Prevacid on and empty stomach and wait 20-30 minutes before I eat or drink anything else for it to work properly.
