Today is one week post op with my sleeve. It feels like my incisions have hard bumps under them. Anyone else experience this?

There are probably internal stitches.

ditto internal stitches, the hardness will fade away as you heal.

One of the things you can do to soften the bumps is lightly "buff" the scars with your fingertips.  I'm not talking hard massaging or rubbing...just a gentle buffing action.  It brings blood to the area, speeds healing and helps the scars to flatten out.
