Happy Friday everyone :)  Holy moly -- I have 3 dates already set up for next week.  The weekend is my time w/ my son and I guess my time to be on point w/ food b/c I will be eating out a bunch next week!  Although tomorrow is my son's 7th birthday, so I may have a piece of cake :)

What's on the menu today? 

 

B - chike & coffee

S - greek yogurt w/ blueberries

L - spicy chicken w/ broccoli

S - deli turkey

D - chicken cordon blue w/ brussel sprouts -- potentially rotisserie chicken (I'm going to spoil my son this weekend & let him choose)

S - ?

E - walk around campus at work (1.5 miles)

W - on track

V - check!

Hi Everyone,

Happy Friday.  I had a crazy hectic week, and I haven't been careful about getting all 4meals per day in, and I've lost another 3 pounds.  What a trip for me to be worried about losing too much weight.  If you had told me this a year ago, I wouldn't have believed you!

breakfast - zucchini lasagna

lunch - steak Frite and asparagus - yum - ate out with a friend

Dinner - Greek chicken with Kalamatta Olives - yum

4th meal - ground beef and cabbage casserole

vitamins - done

water- good

exercise - done

I am missing my kids. Wasn't it just yesterday that they were all mine?  Ilana (13) is on a date to see Romeo and Juliet with her "best friend" who just happens to be a boy.  Sigh....  Adam (11) is having diner at his friends house after riding thier bikes to his friend's house after school.  What happened?  When did they get so big? 

B: two eggs and portobello mushroom cap.

L:  salad with turkey breast

D: chicken with brussels sprouts and bacon.  I am making rice for the part of the family that decides to come home and might be hungry.  :(  At least I have my beautiful puppies for company.

It feels like forever since I've checked in on here.  Last night (Friday) had a successful outing to the fair!  I avoided the "fair food" and for dinner had my small portion of pulled pork.  It was satisfying, delicious, and on plan.  Felt great.

B - Ham, broccoli, cheese quiche

L - turkey and cheese

D - pulled pork

S - Greek yogurt and protein powder

E - walking

W - good

V - good
