When you are at the soft food stage can you have sushi or sashimi?

You want to eat raw fish, knock yourself out.  Just make sure the chew it up good.

As for rice..... don't eat any rice.  Be careful of other substances that might be in the sushi, it needs to be soft and mushy.  Hard veggies are not.

Had some salmon sashimi (no rice, seaweed etc).  SO far so good.  Felt good to eat something different.

I would have eaten sashimi during soft foods.  I had some other tartare stuff during that stage and it was fine.  I waited for my "forever diet" to have sushi.
