VSG on 09/23/14

I thought I would be gnawing at my fingers during this liquid diet, but the truth is, I feel FABULOUS! The first day and a half I had major hunger headaches. But then I started spacing out my 5 shakes per day and drinking broth and eating jello in between and I am truly not even hungry throughout the day. I am on day 7 and doing well. Walked 10,000+ steps and did the elliptical today.

On to day 8... Have a great coming week everyone :)
