Had my surgery on Thursday the 18th. I must say that I have only felt uncomfortable a couple of times, in fact I almost feel normal. I am having a dull headache that I think is probably due to caffeine withdrawal. No gas so far, but no hunger which is great! Doctor took me off my Diabetic meds, and from a high of 176 in the hospital Thursday, I am down to 111 this morning. Time to get back to walking!

I went with Dr. Andrew Hargroder. He was going to try to use the Spyder, which only has 3 entry points, but had to do the regular surgery because of my hernia.

It's wonderful that you're feeling this well! I had my surgery on the 3rd and I fell great too! Not a lot of energy yet, but that's coming. Just listen to your body and you'll do fine. TAKE YOUR VITAMINS starting next week! When you can eat puréed foods, the Hearty Bean Soup is WONDERFUL!
