What does PSNSV even mean?? Well it is

PreSurgery Non Scale Victory!! I made it up myself.

So I went to the movies yesterday to see Gone Girl (Fabulous movie by the way!!!) And I usually eat a large tub of popcorn, large soda, and candy for good measure! I admit I am a food junkie, we all have our devices, food is mine!

But yesterday, I did not have anything!! NOTHING!! not even a small popcorn. I have cut out soda completely, and I have started to "turn the label" on food I do buy to makes sure it is low in carbs and sugar!!

This is all before I have even had my surgey. I call that a Pre-Surgery Non Scale Victory - I am excited to see that I am taking this seriously and I hope to hit my goal weight and maintain it for years to come! Woot Woot! Bring on the surgery!

That's great!  I live with a movie addict and started seeing 2-3 movies a week when he moved in back in 2008.  I quickly realized then that I could not get snacks at movies if I saw them so frequently, so I cut out popcorn then.

But oh my gosh does it smell sooooo gooooood in the theater.
