In a fitness funk!
Thank goodness I walk a lot at my job, and thank goodness for my Fitbit for letting me know. I haven't done much else but walk at work since it is winter in Michigan. I guess I will pull out my yoga and WATP DVDs and ride the weather out

Exercising in the winter is a challenge! I've had to do some creative layering when I go out running and it's only November!
Once we get precip that stays on the ground, I'll be rejoining the gym close to my house. :/

I JUST posted about Winter and exercise myself! :)
I will be post-surgery during the Winter and I know exercising is important and walking is critical. DVDs are a good idea, but for the initial "walking" phase of recovery, I'm needing ideas too!

If you really don't want to go outside or to other locations to walk the best thing would be to invest in a treadmill - you may even be able to get a decent one second hand. Also if you start walking now you will be in the habit and it will come that much easier post op =)
Good luck with your surgery !
