Gwen - that is so awesome! Congrats! I love following your journey here and you seem to be so healthy and happy and isn't that what it's all about?
My short term goal is to weigh the same on Sunday as I do today. That is the next time I wake up at home and have my scale. I don't expect to lose weight over Thanksgiving, but I sure as hell don't want to gain. I think we can do this!
We can do it! I have a plan for Thanksgiving and, hopefully, I will make your goal. I really don't want to have to celebrate Onederland a second time, after all. No matter how much I joke about it at home ;)
