Thanksgiving is officially over here, all that's left is the abundance of food.  But I made less than I have in the past, and sent a container of leftovers home with my parents, so I feel fairly good about the leftover situation.  I am looking forward to getting my eating back to normal tomorrow!

1: scrambled eggs with parsley and goat cheese, bacon, croissant, 1/4 grapefruit
2: frankenshake, green bean casserole
3: leftovers TBD

exercise: rest day

Tough day for me, I was supposed to get blood work so I fasted so I that means I skipped a meal so I am scrambling to catch up on protein. Og course, the lab was closed

Good Thanksgiving for me, no back on track. I admit I did graze a lil, but hey it was Thanksgiving.

Today, I slept late, it was sooo nice! I have had:

  • Chike High protein Coffee (breakfast)
  • Corned Beef and cabbage (lunch)

 

I did 65 minutes on the elliptical, and my vitamins and liquids are on track for the day. I had my 6 month labs drawn last Monday, and go this Monday for the results...I am nervous!!

Good luck with the labs!  I get my results online, which rocks, since I can have my own copy when I see my doctor to go over them!
