Finally ...1st personal goal and a NSV after a 13 day stall!!!

Yea Me!!  after a 13th day stall and/or up or down by a pound or ounces...I was down this morning...and 9 oz. under the 1st goal I had set for myself! so happy.....I was getting frustrated...but I know stalls are going to happen....anyway, I hope I am on my way again....I am at 7 weeks on Monday...down 22.9.from surgery date...may not be the best lost for 7 weeks...but I am hanging in there ..and I am at total loss of 42.9  since Oct.1 when I started my journey. Oh..and my NSV...a co-worker said to me today...."I think it is time for to get some new clothes, they are hanging off you"...lol!

As someone that is working off some regain I understand stalls and I have one thing to say to you...

Way to go!!!!!!  Congrats!!!

Great job! You're 1 week ahead of me and I'm now in my stall. Its been 5 days and I'm doing ok with that. I know its expected and part of the healing process. Good luck and may you continue to have success with your new sleeve. Christine

Stalls happen, just push through!  And you are doing great!! I'm losing slower than I'd like as well, but it is going down and that is amazing! :)
