Question on vitamins???
Most gummies are geared for children and do not have all the vitamins and minerals we need. The ASMBS recommends that we get a multi with 200% of most vitamins and minerals. Most gummies are missing a few.
You could try mixing your chewables with yogurt, that has helped some people. I did best with mine if I eat them after meals. You might also want to try other flavors. I really liked the Bariatric Advantage Orange, but some people prefer other flavors.

You may want to ask your nutritionist about the gummies that you are considering to see if he or she will okay it. I'm currently taking the chewables from Celebrate in orange flavor for the multivitamin and chocolate for the calcium. It tastes okay. It breaks up the monotony of just drinking liquids all day.
They are missing a lot of nutrients so you'd have to take a bunch of other vitamins with them.
Why not just take vitamins you swallow?

The newest ASBMS guidelines recommend a chewable for the first 3 months. So that might be why?

I had a very hard time taking the chewable ones in the beginning. The Nutritionist in the hospital suggested the adult gummies and said they would melt when swallowed. I was worried about taking them and called my nut when I got home and she said they were fine. I just had my 3 month blood work done and my labs were perfect. All vitamin levels were in the middle of the range, dr was amazed. I think I am going to switch to a pill now that I am 3 months out. Good luck.
What about all the things that are missing, like thiamine, copper and selenium? If your nutritionist doesn't think you need any of those things, I'd find a new nutritionist.
