I start on the pureed diet tomorrow and have no idea what to eat.  I can imagine vegetables pureed, but nothing else.  Any suggestions?

Check out Eggface's pureed ideas.  The baked ricotta is a favorite.

I have been able to puree pretty much anything. Healthy of course. But I have done chicken, turkey breast, scrambled eggs, wendy's chili.. etc. I usually bake chicken for my family then cut mine up and puree it then get my serving out of it. It was scary to me, too, at first. But once I saw that I could handle those things and puree it was easier. I have been on puree for one week and still have 7 or 8 to go. My dr has me on it for a while for some reason. Anyways, GOOD LUCK!! :)

Is it soft mushy pureed foods?  Tuna salad, chicken salad, and egg salad are on my list, need to very moist.  Cottage cheese, refried beans (yum with a little cheese and salsa).  Any soup can now be pureed and eaten without thinning it down.  Pureed chili.

I am sure there are many more great ideas... I just remember these were really good when I had to do pureed ages ago after the lapband.

Theses are the things I ate on my pureed diet - I used a mini chopper or stick blender to puree everything.
