On Saturday I received my letter with my surgery date! YAY! June 16, 2015 is going to be the start of a new me I am excited, nervous, and scared all rolled into one

Congrats!  I agree all those feelings are normal but you'll be happy in the end. I almost chickened out do many times. So glad I followed through. I'm a year out and it's been one of the best decisions i've made for myself. It's a took and a lifestyle change that you will have to work it.

Yes, once you have a firm date, the happy/scared/anticipation/worry feelings start kicking in. Everyone gets them. Just ride them out. Good luck on your journey to health and fitness.
