Woo Hoo it is Friday! Fun busy weekend ahead! I made cupcakes for my son yesterday but I made them with duck eggs so they are fluffier and moister than typical cupcakes. Tomorrow is his birthday among some other stuff that is going on.

B: hamburger in scrambled eggs with cheese

S: popcorn and cinnamon bread (not a good choice, but so yummy)

L: not sure yet. Hopefully something yummy with my husband, or turkey jerky

D: Swiss steak

W & V: on track (I've already drank 60 ounces and it isn't even noon yet!)

E: stationary bike this morning

Next???
