Best Liquid Multivitamin?

My surgery is in 24 days and I'm trying to get all my ducks in a row.  I know most of you take chewable multivitaimins after surgery but I was wondering if anyone has found a good liquid multivitamin.  I'm trying to avoid some of the artifical additives they usually put in some of the chewable and gummy vitamins.  I'd like to find a natural, organic if possible, decent tasting liquid vitamin to use after surgery.

Any thoughts?

Thanks in advance!

There's no such thing as a natural, organic vitamin. You can get them yhat way from food, but it takes a lot of food.

Any vitamin pill, tablet, capsule, chewable, or liquid is produced in a lab. I doubt a liquid will have anything different than a chewable.

Some do take liquid vitamins because they go down easier.

Check out patchmd.com The vitamin is a patch, so nothing to swallow. They have worked really well for me. There is a promo for 40% off right now- I think the code is pmd40 or something similar. A little searching should turn it up somewhere. Get the multi plus iron version.
