I assume that you're tracking everything you're putting in your mouth with something like MyFitnessPal? And measuring/weighing those things so you can be accurate?

It seems like 1200 calories is too many for you to lose weight.

Yes, I have always tracked. I think I created that habit after years and years of weigh****chers and calorie counting. But I always track. 1,200 was what my surgeon's office nutritionist recommended. But I am going to try to do 600-800 and continue the intense workouts. Maybe my body was on autopilot too long..

If you're willing to be a little patient, you could always drop 100 calories a day for a week and see what happens. Then drop another 100 calories a day for a week.. that might help you pinpoint the caloric range that works for you for weight loss. :)
