I have been good about the vitamins but still get tired. I do have depression and have for years.

I am leaning towards dehydration but you are right, I should call my doctor as the nausea continues.

I am not drinking 64 oz or more a day. So hard for me to do. I didn't think about dehydration or even an ulcer.

I mixed protein powder into sugarfree instant pudding. I also bought an ice cream maker and made protein shakes into soft serve ice cream. I ate a lot of mug muffin made with 1/3 cup flaxseed, sweetener, a teaspoon of baking powder, a drop of vanilla extract, and one egg. Mix all together in a coffee mug and microwave for about one minute.

I mix greek yogurt with sugar free cool whip. About 1/2 and 1/2. Makes it taste a lot better to me.

as soon as I was at the point I could eat fruit with seeds and/or skins, yep! I'd often top my yogurt with a few berries.

I buy the Light Start which is high in protein and low in sugar for carnation breakfast. Eggs were my favorite for almost 2 months. Now I'm addicted to yogurt.

Lentil soup was one of my faves... I could get 4 or 5 meals out of a can for the first few months after surgery!

Want2beMe, I'm curious about Instant Breakfast. Does it have a lot of sugar? I'm afraid I might get sick if so. Soft scrambled eggs seem to be working for me, and cottage cheese in small bites. Thanks for your input!
