Okay, so I was checking the sizes of my clothes this morning for work and I saw a 12 and thought well 14's are a little big...what the heck I'll try them on and see how they fit.  Okay, girls, they fit!  ~seriously~ I thought to myself.

Now here is the weird part...I haven't lost much weight in the past 8 weeks, as most of you know from my complaining all the time, and it made sense that I went from a 16 to a 14 without weight loss what why a 14 to a 12 without weight loss?  Not that I'm complaining, but weird?  yes or no?

And when the heck am I going to see the scale move again?  Or is this normal for being 8 months out?  I'm not sure...

I have been exercising a ton or more intense but I've always have walked...but I start jogging/walking, then I do my Wii, rollarblade, stairs, and swimming...so basically I do what I feel like doing so I don't get bored; like I did from only walking all the time.  So is that why?

I suppose there are a lot of reasons why but just wondering what my OH friends think???

I can't solve your mystery, but I thank you for give us plateaued individuals hope that even if we can't lose a pound, maybe, just maybe, we can look smaller to others. I'll take what I can get right now.

SUPER congrats on the size 12....that's a big wow. You're officially in the safe zone, away from women's clothing!

Exercise does have a lot to do with your clothes size. I weighed 190 something two different times in my life, and the second time I go there with a personal trainier, and I looked WAY different than the first time when I was flubby. I'm sure your toned form is a different environment for your clothes.

Congrats on everything!

In the month of September I went from a 12 right to an 8, and my weight loss slowed way down that month.
I do exercise a lot, and have definitely noticed that even when I'm in a slow down, things tighten up & get smaller with working out.

Are you in a real stall, or are you just losing slowly? I've had weeks where I didn't lose as quickly, but so far only 2 weeks where I didn't lose anything at all. Exercise usually keeps things moving, especially if you're mixing it up as much as you say.

Well, I call it a stall because I've only been losing one or two pounds every few weeks.

I'm going on Aktins today to "jump-start"my weigh loss again.

This is my "normal" work out but then again how normal is life?  lol

Monday & Wednesday=Water aerobics
Tuesday & Thursday=walking during work with a friend and then stairs or running or rollarblading
Weekends=I'll do a Walk away the pounds video and my Wii

Congratulations Selena!  I went from a size 18 to a 14 without losing an ounce.  That was in the beginning, but it happened!  Just think, shopping gets so much better now.  You can go anywhere!  It makes such a difference!

You are probably losing inches instead of weight right now with the exercise that you do.  It is amazing how your body changes when the scale doesn't move.
