how do you really know if you have a small/ med/ or large frame?
I went here:
http://www.healthcentral.com/diet-exercise/ideal-body-weight -3146-143.html
So according to this site (not that it's necessarily accurate) if you're 5'5" and have a 7" wrist, you have a large frame and should weigh between 146 and 167

Ok, now this is interesting to me...
All my life I have said I am medium boned. I had slim hands, and feet, ankles and wrists even when I was fat... I also have broad shoulders and wide hips, and that does not change with weight loss... even though I am very very thin now...
Not only can I overlap my finger and thumb, I can overlap my baby finger and thumb...
I just got the tape measure and this is my results:
- 6 inche wrist
- 5' 11.5"
- Therefor small boned??? Wow, too cool... (not so sure with these hips and shoulders, but I will take it...)

Wow, this is incredible info. So all is looking great, however, I had no idea I could go as low as 132 lbs!!! at 5' 11.5 "... imagine if rather than maintaining under 145 lbs for life, which is my goal now... imagine if I could maintain under 140 lbs for life! I cant even fathom being in the 130's... my mind just can't even go there...
I love my weight loss and feel great, AND I still feel I want to lose more on my hips and tummy... and I had resigned myself to the fact that I would always carry weight there... this is basically giving me permission to lose more and still be in the healthy range... amazing... I am going to re-evaluate... and may decide to get back to losing...
Thanks so much for this info, I love it...
Cindy
p.s.. Yes, I love stats and numbers, and calculations... this is right up my alley...
