Opps! Sorry I missed posting on August 4th. But I know you all were out there getting in the exercise. I left home early to walk the lake yesterday morning, then had WLS support group last night and got home at 8:30 with only dinner on my mind. Sometimes life gets in the way, but I still got in 90 minutes of walking yesterday.
So what's the plan today gang?
I need to hop in the shower and walk my way around the lake to work. My son is gone today so I'm self motivating.
Morning walk - 50 minutes
Lunchtime walk - 30 minutes
Walk home - 15 minutes
I have a friend coming over tonight so not sure if I'll get into the gym for weight workout. If I miss it, I'll do it first thing tomorrow morning.
