It was pretty hot yesterday.  I'm glad it cooled down some today.  DH doesn't do so well working in the heat.

Whew! My little darling (almost 3 yr old) just went home! She just wears grandma out!
I hope I get some energy back when my iron and blood counts pick up again! She is none stop!

I hope you get those levels up!! 

I understand about 3 year olds, we have 2 of them plus a 6 yr. old.   They can be very exhausting but so much fun!!!   

I'm so glad I lost all of this weight.  I'm doing things with them (like jumping on the trampoline) that I never got to do with our DD's or even my older DGD who is 11.  It is so strange but my oldest one can't remember me fat.

Hello.... we are getting tornado warnings this evening until 8pm...not used to that!!!  ...and I still have to drive home from Rhode Island (where I work) back to Mass in an hour (about a 40 min drive for me)!  I am having a very hungry day today.  I ate my 3 pm snack with lunch and then got a fat free fig newton out of the machine at 1pm... then had a thin protein drink at 3pm so I am STILL HUNGRY!!!!  Drinking water hoping this stops...

Isn't it funny how we can be so hungry somedays.  I don't have them very often but when I do it's almost painful.  I wish I knew what sets them off.

Meetings all day long.  I thought I did better eating but looking at the stats, not so good.  Oh well, no meetings tomorrow and I plan on getting my ponies out early before it gets too hot.  90 is rediculous.  It's suppose to be in the upper 70s this time of year.

 I don't see any "bad" carbs so your numbers aren't so terrible. 

We only got to use our swimming pool 3 or 4 times last summer because the weather was colder than usual so I'm hoping for a warmer summer this year.
