Menus and Miles Monday June 6th

Morning Everyone!  First day of no school for my DGD's so I don't hve to make a trip to the bus stop.  It's nice having a few me minutes but I'm going to miss seeing them every morning. Today is also DD #2's birthday and she wants me to make spagetti for her birthday dinner so it's definitely pasta tonight along with Dairy Queen Birthday Cake.

During the honeymoon period "Bad" carbs will slow down our losing but most of the time we don't realize thats even happening  because we are still losing and we "think" we are getting away with it, but worse than that,  "Bad Carbs" lead to bad habits and  then when we get to maintenance we start gaining.

Protein:  Syntrax Nectar Lemon Tea with a MiO Berry Pomegranate 23g
L:   2 Chicken Tenderloins and green beans

D:  1/2 Cup of Pasta with Meat sauce and 1 piece of garlic bread.  Probably no cake.

 7/18/10: 211lbs, 10/16/10: 174 lbs, 1/21/11: 146 lbs, 4/20/11: 131 lbs. Insulin FREE since 7/2010, "normal" BMI since 12/2010. I'm 31, 5'5", happily married, with a fabulous 3 year old boy, and hope to add to our family in the near future

Hope your brother had a great birthday!  We had a wonderful time and with all of the guys being there my DH got the pool open too!!  They were all willing to help because it's been really hot here.

Busy early moring for all of us.  Left the house by 6 am with 3 kiddos.  DH had to leave for San Diego on business.  We are back home now and kids are watching cartoons.

nice to see you! ive been traveling for work and back home now for a couple weeks then off to aruba for vacation. i have a hard time staying on track when i travel so i'm still working on that!
