Menus and Miles Monday June 6th
Morning Everyone! First day of no school for my DGD's so I don't hve to make a trip to the bus stop. It's nice having a few me minutes but I'm going to miss seeing them every morning. Today is also DD #2's birthday and she wants me to make spagetti for her birthday dinner so it's definitely pasta tonight along with Dairy Queen Birthday Cake.
During the honeymoon period "Bad" carbs will slow down our losing but most of the time we don't realize thats even happening because we are still losing and we "think" we are getting away with it, but worse than that, "Bad Carbs" lead to bad habits and then when we get to maintenance we start gaining.
