You are hysterical Gina!!!   I will think of Newton and the toad  the next time I go to put something sweet in my mouth!  Maybe I want to think about the poison toad that someone else mentioned.

God is walking with me every step of the way. Because of HIM this is possible!!

My toad is ice cream.  I pick it up again and again, only to make me feel like I've been poisoned.  Will I ever learn?

My house guests are gone, time to clear out the fridge, do laundry and get the boys back on track.  I love my inlaws but always miss my routine.

Too funny Gina!!  I need to remember that when I go to put something in my mouth I shouldn't......

We are babysitting my nieces little dog and she is so sweet.  Her and Little Willie play so good together and are having the best time.

I went to my PCP  this morning for the latest lab results.  My WBC was still low and she suggested I see a hematologists and said she would refer me in August.  My RBC and hemoglobin are all good.  I go to the WLS surgeon in August and I'll see what he says.  My liver enzymes are coming down and are now 47.  She checked me for hepatitus and leukemia - all negative thank goodness.  I'm still taking the Milk Thistle and she suggested adding Magnesium since I have had some leg cramps and I drink over 100 ozs of water/fluids a day.

It was 4.2 in May when she checked it.  That shows that it is in the normal range.  I wondered about that too.

Do you know if there are side effects to the Magnesium?

All I know is magnesium citrate in capsule or pill helps with calcium absorption and leg cramps. magnesium oxide helps you poop. lol  Sorry, that's all I got.

I'll have to see which kind I got when I get home.  I didn't realize there were different kinds.  I need the oxide!!!!!

Thanks Gina.
