Hi Roz,
Speaking of popping in your mouth - I had a cookie pop in mine this morning and it was not the flourless kind.  My protein order came in today thank goodness.

S:  Sweet Freedom Ice Cream - I'm out of protein peach ice cream and out of vanilla protein powder

Water/Fluids:  110 ozs
Miles:  Walked 3.2 miles

My calories are over the top becAUS e 0f the savory ricotta pie. Didn't really know it had so many cals till i made it but it was good,but worth the cals...I don'ty think so.

 protein coffee  ( back to isopure banana  and i can literally SEE  the difference after 3 days that other shake was POISON 

3  sweet rolls ( fat free )  with poppyseed  cherry filling 

wontons  with lowfat peanut sauce 

brown rice 

mushu  beef  no oil 

salad  on the hoof  with  fresh peas 

fresh morello cherries from garden 

more protein coffee  with  yukon jack  ( naughty )
