Hi everyone!  Saw Roz hasn't posted the M&M yet and thought I'd go ahead and do it since my eating has been awful today!  I'm grazing since my son is off flying into the clear blue (kinda) sky.  Went shopping at Walmart and bought him food staples.  He's set for awhile.  Of course I went hungry, it doesn't matter WHO you're shopping for when you're hungry - you buy like you're hungry!! LOL

B - coffee
L - 1 1/2 pieces of leftover pizza
S - 4 chicken wings
D - sushi
S - been snacking on strawberrys in sugar (oh no!)  Also had a few beers

Vits:  yes
Water:  no

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

Thanks Jody for starting M&M!  I had a busy morning before church.   I have to make a list when I go grocery shopping or I would buy all kinds of things that look good at the time, always thinking someone else might enjoy it....LOL

DH has been wanting a video picture frame for his "trophy" wall with all of his hunting pictures so I was up until 3:00am putting them all in order and then putting them in a file to be downloaded.  I got out the frame and decided it would be much nicer if it was larger so I got up early and I also made a trip to Walmart for a bigger frame.    I can hardly keep my eyes open I'm so tired, so I hope he likes it.

Wow - you've been busy!  I had a list, but "expounded" just a bit with it - lol.  If he were with me he wouldn't have let me buy all the stuff I did.

I didn't buy ANY "diet" food - when he lived with me he gave me such crap about it - and I know I just would have been wasting my money buying "good for him" stuff since he wouldn't eat it anyway. 

I need to get in a protein drink.  Maybe I'll do that now.

I'm sure your son appreciated everything you have done for him!!  Don loved his frame.  All of the kids and grandkids were here but he kept going inside to look at it.

L:  Hot dog w/ slaw & chili(no bun)
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D:  Hot dog w/ slaw & chili(no bun)
S:  Sugar Free Jello w/ cool whip

Vitamins:  None
Water/Fluids:  84 ozs
Miles:  Zumba - Been going to this class for a week now and I love it!!

I'm so jealous.  I really liked Zumba but am afraid to do it with my knee. 

It is fun and certainly gets you moving.

Price, hope you can get back into it later when your knee is better.  It really does get you moving.  I never thought I would like it.  I tried the DVD's but gave up quickly - the class is so much more fun.

Weird eating day since every meal was eaten out.  I know these totals are low in calories because I'm sure everything had more fat than I can see.  Anyway, this is an approximation.
