Went to a week long conference in San Antonio last week.  Good thing I did a lot of walking!!!!!!!!!
Need to ramp up the exercise this week.

I almost gave up replying tonight.  My OH (or computer) was having a terrible time downloading.

Jody was in TX too.  You too should have hooked up.

I love baked beans but I've never had them with gr. beef.   I'm going to try and find a recipe that is LW friendly for our 4th of July picnic.

I just found some talapia in the freezer that I need to cook up.

Hi Roz - Oh My... where do I start??? Driving and trying to make good food choices do NOT go together...

B - sausage bisuits/gravy and a BIG coffee at hotel
S - double protein grapefruit drink (I DID prepare something!)
L - a single size serving of lays potato chips
D - 3 stuff mushrooms, some peanut butter and some crab salad
S - a couple of adult beverages (once I got home)

LOL...you probably need those adult beverages once you got home!  I'd be reaching the a box of cookies and then my stress would change to dumping!!!!

It is hard to eat right and travel.  I eat way to many Nuts when I travel.  Other than Jerky, it's hard to find good Protein.
