I tried it for a short while but got frustrated because by the time I got to the stores the items that I wanted were already gone. I used grocery game.com. It is a paid monthly service. It tells you what is on sale at a store I.e. Target, local grocery store, etc and where to find coupons by dates or online sites. I would save my Sunday paper coupons and date them as a way to keep them organized. Store coupons and manufacture coupons can be stacked together. For example, target can have crystal light on sale for $2.99, and you also have a target coupon for CL for $1 and a manufacture coupon for $1- end cost is $0.99. It was great for household / personal items like shampoo, paper towel, detergent, etc . But some people go overboard and clear out the shelves so I gave up.

Im a couponer.  Not an extreme couponer, but I do love my coupons.   I get my coupons from the Sunday paper.  If there's a really good coupon, I ask my Sisters, friends, etc to save theirs for me if they arent using them.  I also print coupons from the internet.  There's a couple websites that are safe.  There are also websites where people buy/sell/trade coupons.  Cindy

I coupon when I can remember to give them to clerk. . Only use Sunday coupons and lots of coupons on the items I buy for my family.

I think it could be a full time job!!! My neighbor goes to different stores looking for the best deals -- not convinced the time and gas expense isn't greater than the savings??? I would like to learn about the Walgreen freebies I keep hearing about. People who never by HBAs. I would like some free!!!

I am trying to get back to the couponing.

For a newbie go to www.weusecoupons.com.
There are virtual classes that explain almost all the techniques. It does help to use a store that doubles but sometimes those stores are so high to begin with that it makes no difference.

Coupons are in the Sunday paper, except holiday weekends, also online, at the register, on products, in all you magazine-sold at Wal -Mart.

You can get free hba's by getting a discount card at ex. cvs or rite aid, use couple on sale items and you often get a reward back- making an item free.

Start slow with one store and check out YouTube and the site I listed. It takes time but I don't know anyone that couldn't save a few bucks a week at the store.
