D - going out for Mexican. While I love Mexican places, I have a difficult time eating there because everything is in flour tortillas or fried. I'll probably dissect a burrito or just get a salad. We keep going here because people keep giving us gift certificates for it. Very very good place but I'm challenged when I go there. Seems when I have my worse RH episodes is after eating mexican food...

It has been almost a year since I went on vacation and let a few"treats" back into my diet and I have been trying to climb that slippery slope ever since.
I am so close to my goal really,only having 50 more # to go. I want to get there and I already know how to maintain,cause I have learned how to do that,accidently,over the last year. So,I will be good to go. I am also 3# away from a 100# loss so that is exciting too.
