S - Fage yogurt w/blueberries and protein coffee (30g)
S - popcorn
L - protein shake (30g)
S - carrots w/dip
D - chicken salad and a fresh tomato w/mayo
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITAMINS:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: done
omega 3-6-9: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting
Proferrin: pending

MILES:
enough inside steps for 1 - 15 minute walk

Hi Gina,
Last work day this week!!  We are leaving in the morning for my 2 year check up tomorrow afternoon.  I'll post after the appointment.

Here's the plan for today.

B:  Protein Decaf Coffee (IDS Cinnamon Vanilla)
S:  Decaf Coffee
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
L:  1/2 Apple Pecan Grilled Chicken Salad(Wendy's)
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D:  ??Not sure yet
S:  Frozen Protein Drink

Vitamins:  Morning Done
Water/Fluids:  50 ozs so far
Miles:  Zumba this afternoon

I hope your check up goes well today. The time for smile and nod is over...tell them works and if their program recommendations aren't enough. You don't have to tell them you're getting help from (gasp) the Internet. lol

LOL - you read my mind.  I had been worried about meeting with the NUT and having the same discussion about protein drinks.  Finally yesterday, I thought, I just need to tell her to look at me and how well I have done - what is the problem???  I tried  it her way and it was not working for me.  This works for me right now. 
We will see.....

Hi Gina.  Did you get an update from Roz about her DH?

L - eggs benedict and has browns (didn't eat the muffin and most of the hash browns)
D - idk

Vits:  Yes, including my iron
Water:  Need to get some ice tea out

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so

Good to see you're taking your iron. May have a new iron infusion recommendation for you if you decide you need to go that route.

B: greek yogurt, fiberone cereal, mangos
L: sweet italian sausage, some ziti and sauce, and tiny slice of homemade garlic bread *** that doesn't happen everyday!)
S: 2 small flourless peanut butter cookies
D: turkey burger, with cheese, slice of tomato on whole wheat sandwich thin
S: Mint cookie protein shake

Cals: 1278
Carbs: 100 (more from mango than anything else!)
Protein: 116

Still a good day, but yeah, fruit and grains can send our carbs way up. Good to enjoy them every now and then though.

S. 1/2 activia greek yogurt. Realized it had 30 g sugar. Blah!!!
L. 2 meatballs & cucumber slices w low fat ranch
