Hey, Liz - how do I insert the apple into my signature? I tried to copy and paste but could not figure it out. Thanks.

Amy, your weight is doing great.

Okay, the apple has to be hosted somewhere ONLINE not on your computer. Then you copy and paste. But if you just want to use a copy of mine, click on my apple and go to see image or view image (have to right click for those options. Then copy or select all and copy and then paste it in your signature.

Liz

This week: 109.6

Anything 110 or under is within my range. I did dip down to 108.9 for one day, but the day to day variations are okay. I'm getting used to it. I have also increased my calories and exercise, so I am still working on finding the right balance. As long as I'm not gaining, I think I am doing okay.

Gail, swinging one way or another a lb or two is perfectly normal...we can do that just with water weight. But staying inside a comfortable range is what we strive for.

Good going.

It's not a new pound but one that I have seen before.  Oh well, bouncing seems to be my way of life right now and this time it was in the right direction.

Veggies and fresh fruit is great...but I guess the sweets did you in. At least you caught it before it crept up even further.

Hang in there, Linda
