Hi Roz!  How are you doing today?

B - 2 protein coffees
B2 - A few bites of a breakfast, egg, veggies, cheese concoction
S  pistachios (addicting!) yes snacked on them all day long
L - toppings off a pizza
D - ribeye steak on the grill (prob 6 oz) and 2 small pieces of corn on the cob

Vits:  yes, need my iron yet but will take it before bed
Water:  did pretty good today

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

I just read somewhere that pisachios are the best nut you can eat. #1 for the protein and #2 because it takes a while to shell them.   I'm going to grab some the next time I go to the store.

The corn on the cob around here is terrible this year.  Little baby ears with no flavor.  I swear it's going to ruin summer....LOL

I looks like you are doing really good on the Protein...that's going to be my goal the rest of the week!

The corn has been awesome here this year.  Now, I need to go and find out how many calories/fats are in pistachios - that may bring me around as to the amount I eat.

Lets just say with the combo of the corn and pistachios, I didn't need any stool softeners yesterday - LOL, TMI, I know...

B:  Protein Decaf Coffee
S:  Decaf Coffee
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
L:  1/3 cup White Cheddar Pimento Cheese, 2 Wheat Thin Flat Bread Crackers
S: Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D:  Egg Salad, 2 Wheat Thik Flat Bread Crackers, cantaloupe
S:  Frozen Protein Drink

Vitamins:  Done
Water/Fluids:  120 ozs
Miles:  Zumba then walked 1 mile and jogged 1 mile

I didn't get much rest but it was calm and drama free...LOL  Baby shower on Sat. and 1 yr. old great nephews BD party on Sunday.  Ate way to many carbs!!!  I've got to decarb the rest of this week!!!

I'm confused about what kind of cheese you used?  Jody asked if it was shredded or chunked but I didn't see your answer.

It was grated on the old fashion hand grater.  I used Cabot's Vermont White Cheddar.  I'm eating it today too.  I really like it.
