Vits: yes, need my iron yet but will take it before bed
Water: did pretty good today

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so

The corn on the cob around here is terrible this year. Little baby ears with no flavor. I swear it's going to ruin summer....LOL

Lets just say with the combo of the corn and pistachios, I didn't need any stool softeners yesterday - LOL, TMI, I know...
