My scales are at their highest....I guess the last couple of weeks have caught up to me!! I've got 3 pounds to get off....ugh!! Better 3 than 30 though!!

Hi Roz, I'm with you on the scale thing...I am up 10 lbs as of today. I've been eating out at restaurants a lot this last month so I am hoping it's jus****er weight.... (hoping!) anyways I am back on it today and no more restaurant food!
working on water and vits....going for a 3 mile jog now but tonight is my first night at a cross-fit gym.

I do better at restuarants because I'm afraid of getting stuck or sick than I do at home. I have to stop the snacking!
I am definitely decarbing!! I got rid of the cheezits, then the pretzels, and now it's bites of this and that....why do I keep doing this to myself!!!!!!
I swear if it wasn't for posting on the LW board I'd be in trouble....this makes me aware every day!

What do you eat at the softball fish fry?? Can you eat fried foods? I can eat some, but not alot. I love fried fish-this was one of my problems!!

L: 1/3 cup White Cheddar Pimento Cheese, 2 Flat bread Wheat thin crackers
S: Lemon Tea Protein Drink

D: Mesquite Grilled Chicken Breast
S: Frozen Protein Drink
Vitamins: Done
Water/Fluids: 110 ozs

I only seem to have a problem if it's dipped in something and has a coating to hold the grease. He always frys mine plain. It is so good. It's from one of his fishing trips to Canada. I made cheesy potatoes to take so I won't be able to have any of those, but they are my DH's favorite. He is a really picky eater and won't eat other peoples food. Hopefully someone will bring a meat/cheese or vegetable tray. If not the fish will have to do for me.

So, I am officially a Beach Body Coach!!!! I am not entirely sure what that all entails yet, but I will be training later this week. Basically Beachbody is the company that makes P90X workout videos (and many others), and makes the Shakeology shakes. Well, I tried the shakes and want to make one a day be a meal replacement (lots of super ingredients), it isn't super high protein but does have a good amount. Well, I LOVED how they tasted, filled me up and made my sugar cravings disappear. I can't wait for my shipment to come now! I'm off work today. Went to work out at Y, but very tired. Think still recouping from vacation and starting back to work.
B. Carbmaster yogurt with fiber one
L. Egg with sausage pattie
D. Not sure? Beef stew?
S. Isopure grape and 1/2 breyers carb smart ice cream bars
So far today. Carbs 22, protein 62 calories 530. These totals do not include dinner.

I really appreciate the input. Especially since I'm a newbie
Isopure has 40 gm protein in 20 oz. I had another one today so with those alone had 80 gms. For dinner I went to my first "cooking class" support and had some mashed cauliflower and noodless lasagna. It was great!
