Keeping it in Perspective (Pic)
My journey continues, but I've come a long way, Babeeee!
I found a couple of pictures that have help me put my weight loss in perspective.
That's a great way to keep it in perspective. I think my family has made me get rid of all of my old clothes. Last night my husband pulled up one of the few pictures that I let them take of me and said, "see, that's the old Toni." I just looked at him and said, "I don't see that big of a difference. I can't see it like you can." It made him so mad. I think I need something like this to make me understand. I just know that I am a little smaller than I was when I had my daughter 13 years ago. It doesn't feel like much to me but apparently it is. LOL Great job and thanks for the insight.

About the only "big clothes" I have left are a couple of t shirts that I can't make myself give away and one pair of shorts, I painted in them so they didn't get tossed...figure, as long as it won't fall off my butt, I can use them to paint in. Once they do that, I will be forced to find another pair to ruin. LOL
