U realy  DO  look awesome !     Might be time  to  SC the  baggy  old-lady  workout clothes though  and rock something that  fits the hottie U ARE    .   Only if U  feel comfortable of course  .... but  Ud be SURPRISED  how addictive  ( andwearable )  cute workout  clothescan be  .... some  people virtually  LIVE  in them on their off  hours ... ( and  get lots of activity in  too - it helps  that all U haveto find is Ur sneakers , sportsbra and walkman  )

when I  buy  a workout  " suite " ( I usually get one twice  a year )  -  I go for a NICE  zip up  polartec type hoodie  with  scrinch down sleeves  (  free  gloves in case i forgot   to bring em )  ... MENS  winter weight  running tights  in black and navy  because im tall -  shorts  and a matching sportsbra or two with an  under- sportsbra that  really prevents bounce (  im a runner  and I only  wear the second bra for running )    .. and then  cute little tanks  and extra shorts .   Sometimes U want short  shorts sometimes U  dont ...  I ALWAYS  try on everything  and  at least  three  possible outfits to find the most flattering ones - yeah its work but youre gonna be wearing these items for YEARS  ! plus they cost money -  so getthe best bang for your buck lol  ! (  and the best  proportions  of the pieces  with EACH OTHER  too )

I also  like to buy  one  BIG  black  waterproof lined  hoodie/ windbreakertype  thingie (  that makes no rustle ) I can throw over EVERYTHING    when its raining / windy / freezing .   The one  that has worked out best  for me  is again  mens , some rubberized  new fabric thats waterproof outside and fleecey inside .   I use it as  foul weather gear even in  sailing -  its that good .    Came from a hiking shop ..

Basically  these clothes  are what  I wear for everything from  sailing  to hiking   to running  to blading -  from 110  degree weather  to  below freezing .   And because they match ... well  Im always comfortable pulling off layers  ... I always have an  " outfit "  on  not a haphazard bunch of  mismatched schmatta ....  and I feel socially acceptable going into a store afterwards  or talking to work friends I  run into on the  track ....

theyre  also super-portable  and light in weight andbulk  in a sailbag ,  a weekend bag  or a backpack  unlike cotton .... anda lot more flattering cuz theyre form- skimming  and/ or spandex containing     And they basically  last FOREVER  if U never  put Ur spandex in the dryer  ...

You are right!  The right clothes make you feel better, even workout clothes.

I actually bought new workout clothes that fit, but we were going out with our running/walking group and we never know where they are going to take us ... some crazy trail that deer won't even go down usually.  I didn't want to risk my favorite workout clothes.  Like I won't paint in my good jeans.

Turns out we got caught in a torrential downpour.  I'm not only in big clothes. I'm in big wet clothes!

It was just coincidence that I had the photos of the same outfit a year apart.

I'm getting better about new clothes, but I'm not up to "outfit" status with my workout clothes yet.  You've given me something to mull over!

Thanks,

Kay

I think you look fantastic.  You should be really proud of yourself.

When you're ready to head for the finish line, you'll do it.  It took me 17 months to get to my first goal of 100 pounds.  I think I had several months where I just stayed at the same weight, then really hit the low carb harder last month and droppoed the last few pounds.  I just wanted that feeling of accomplishment.  I've lost super slow since month two and knew it would take me longer.  My body needs under 800 calories and under 30 carbs to let go of any weight.  A bariatric surgeon told me to make peace with the fact that I'd probably need to stick to 1000 calories for maintenance.  I know that you're going to make that last push when you're ready.  Don't give up your goal if you think you'll regret it.

Again, be super proud of the changes you made in the last year.  It's a big deal!!

This is just what I needed to hear!  Thank you!  I'm fairly tall so I never expected to be in the low 100's, but I'd like to lose 20 more pounds.

You ARE a success story!  You look amazing!  I, like you- pretty much STOPPED losing at 10 months out.....I've had to fight for these last pounds.   I still use my Weigh****chers plan to keep track of calories/points and now I seem to lose 1 pound about every 3-4 weeks....I'd like to lose about 5 more before the holidays!

Congratulations and thanks for sharing your pics!!!
