After 5K:  Whole Wheat Waffle w/ lite syrup(with DGD#1)
L:  Grilled Cheese Sandwich on Very Thin Wheat Bread
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D:  Chef Salad w/ either red wine vineg or raspberry vineg dressing
S:  If I have one it will be a frozen protein drink

Vitamins:  Done except night time multi
Water/Fluids:  132 ozs so far
Miles:  5K jog/run this morning New fastest time around 36:20!!

All is well so far--just a little rain and light winds west of DC. Norfolk and the coast of NC is another story. Swinging lizards for you guys.

Fun day helping at the horse trials but not so good diet wise.  I actually ate a bag a cheetos.  I was sure lightening was going to hit me, but I am still safe and sound.  Oh well, tomorrow is another day.

Hi Roz & Everyone!

I worked today - so am late putting this menu up.

B: slim fast (20 P), and Carbmaster yogurt (8 gm) with fiber one cereal
L: Tuna salad with lettuce
D: scrambled egg & almonds (first almonds I've had since surgery - tasted to good!)
S: 2 - grape isopures at 40 gms protein each.

Totals for today: calories: 758; carbs 25 carbs and 114 protein.

Still working on getting rest of fluids in, vitamins up to date.
