Drove both ponies this morning, picked beans and have been snapping for what seems like hours.  Now to get some of the blanched and frozen for winter.

Oh, yeah. Carby day for me...I'm sitting here eating a piece of thin crust meat lovers pizza for dinner. lol

Oh man.  When the kids were little, a hundred years ago, we used to get raw whole milk.  The cream would rise to the top and we would have so much of it we would use in on cereal, in coffee, make butter, whatever we could to use it up.  A protein shake with it would be like eating ice cream.  Even after skimming the cream off, the milk was way more fat than whole milk from the store.  Yummmmmm.

yep,the milk I get is usually 1/4-1/2 gallon of cream. I tried mking butter but it takes a LOT of cream for very little yield but it is good.. I do take the cream and make homemade coffee creamer,home made sour cream nd occ. homemade ricotta. I have made cottage cheese too but wasn't real crazy about it. it is soooo good in protein shakes but the carbs and sugar...gack!
