Hope you enjoyed your holiday.  Glad you are feeling better and able to get out. 

I use the Sugar Free Ketchup now all the time instead of real ketchup.  I can't tell the difference.  I mix it with lite mayo and use that on fish, hamburgers and alot of other things as my sauce - helps it to go down easier and not get stuck.  Between 1 tsp & 1 tbls of both makes a great sauce.  I also use the splenda brown sugar when a recipe calls for brown sugar.

Sometimes too much tomato products will cause my pouch to hurt some and I have to stay away from it for a couple of days.  Just a heads up in case it bothers you too.
