I stay off the Main Board.  Visited the sleeve board a good bit when I thought that was what I was having but found this and the 50 and older about the same time.  This one just felt more like home so I have stayed.  I do go on the RNY every few days but it is only to see where I can help.  I don't do the "stalled again", "what to eat on soft food" etc which folks who live there can answer.
I have found all the information I really need here with no abuse.

Me too, never spent any time on main board.  I too hung out a lot on the RNY board pre-op and some post op.  I tried my state, but those gals were a little intense for me.  I was thrilled when I found the LW's board and this is where I keep coming back to, and I feel welcomed.

Thanks you guys...

I really can't be bothered with the main board, it's a hateful nasty place.  I much prefer our friendly board here.

I do read the RNY board and the Ontario board sometimes, but even the Ontario board is a drama filled zone a lot of the time with some really nasty people on there that think they are gods gift to WLS.

I so agree with you about how the Main Board has been- I got flamed as a newbie and it got my back up.

I've been working at getting it cleaned up over the last couple of weeks. The moderators are beginning to take firm action, long overdue. I hope it continues.

Anyhow, you might find it a safer, kinder place to be now- come check it out!

Hi, Chris, I can't hit "reply" to you because I am on my iPad.

I just want to reassure everyone here that I will be on this forum only for support. That this forum is a supportive, drama-free place is why I love it. I don't look for agreement and I do care deeply about constructive, workable, caring support.
