Cold and rainy today and I have no raincoat with me...no walking...no happy camper!

MENU: (DS Maintenance Mode)

S - Fage yogurt/w blueberries and protein coffee (30g)

S - more pistacios (this may become a problem)
D - leftover brisket, red taters and green beans w/corn

Breakfast: Protein coffee (I finally figured out what this is and LOVE it!!)
Snack: Nibbled on a few lightly salted almonds
Lunch: Lean Cuisine Fajita-style chicken spring roll (1/2 serving - 1 roll)
Snack: Protein Shake
Dinner: Pork tenderloin with mixed veggies

Cleaned house and have been trying to get caught up with homework.

B: egg & low carb whole wheat toast with little butter
L: Atkins bar & 1/2 apple with peanut butter
D: chicken breast grilled with 1/3 cup of whole wheat fettuccine & alfredo sauce (yum)
S: isopure green tea, & berry protein smoothie

Totals: Calories 927; protein: 86 & carbs: 63 (49 net)
