Has anyone tried Egg Nests?

I ran across this recipe a couple of times. It sounds interesting but not sure if it would be more work than what the taste will be worth. Wondered if anyone has tried it before and if so how the texture turned out.

Thanks!

I thought it looked good as well, Eliza. Since I keep happening back onto this recipe I must try it. It sure sounds different.

It actually looks pretty good.  I love recipes that only have a few ingredients.  I wonder if you could use a different cheese?  Not to sure about this kind, never had it.

You know, Ladytazz, I wondered about using a pepper jack cheese in it. That would give it a pop of flavor. I have tried to find the Gruyere cheese and just can't seem to.

it says you can use fresh parmesean.  I think it looks great but is much more trouble than I would actually go it for an egg.  I usually put some spinach and tomatoes in a skillet, wait until the spinach wilts, throw in a beaten egg, some cheese and let it cook.  that is my egg in a nest.

That looks good.  I might have to give it a try.  I'd have to use a different kind of cheese also.  I wonder if any kind would do.

I love new recipes.  Thanks.

That looks really good, but unfortunately I'm far too lazy to make it!  I'll supply the eggs and cheese if anyone wants to come over and cook it for me.  :0))
