I'm 21 days post op today. My menu plan says I should eat 1/2 cup cottage cheese and 1/2 cup stew (ie. 1/2 cup portions per meal)etc. but it makes my tummy hurt if I eat more. Seems like 1/2 cup is a lot of food to me at this point. When were you able to eat 1/2 cup of anything?

I started with TBS. and then moved onto 1/4 cups. At 3 years out I can still only eat 1/2 cup of greek yogurt at a time and I think it's because it goes down easily so I eat it faster. On the other hand I can eat a whole package of instant oatmeal because it's hot and I eat it slow.
