Dr Simper's office called and all I need is documented proof of failed weight loss attempts. My primary care doctor has prescribed phenteramine and Alli over the last several years. Obviously they didn't work. She also recommended, and I tried and failed, weigh****chers. Hopefully it is well documented in my medical records!! Fingers crossed...

I'm sure that will do the trick. Might try and get your PCP to write a letter detailing your medically supervised wl attempts. Good luck!!

Your PCP should be able to send your weights over the years and what she prescribed when. That should do it. Good luck. I had to send a 5 yr weight history and it was all there.
