Yay!  I am so glad it's helped you!  I bet that website saves your favorites too, which makes it a breeze b/c we tend to eat the same 25 or so items a lot (so they say).  Also, when it comes time to see my Nutritionist, I simply print out a week or two of my daily eats and bring it with me, she appreciates that.

Now, I need to buckle down and ONLY eat what I have posted!

I put our candy in my bedroom closet unopened.  If I can't see them then I'm really not tempted.  We still have Easter candy in the pantry in a basket.  DD treats DGS with it.  I'm going to try really hard this year not to eat any of the leftovers.  DH and my SIL usually take most of it to work.

We just threw out raspberry oreos that have been sitting on the counter.  They are disgusting and even though no one would eat them we still hated to throw them out....LOL

Menu sounds good!

We got up early and drove in bumper to bumper traffic to find out the perscription was never faxed over and when they finally faxed it they orderd a regular sonar on the placenta and never even mentioned the spot in the heart.  It was really upsetting. The blood pocket that was causing her bleeding has finally dissolved so that isn't a threat any more and the Dr. we saw today said all of the measurements they have taken so far are perfect for a normal baby.  He said the chances of the baby having DS is very small.

Good Menu!

I am sure the trip was very frustrating, but it sounds like she got some good news! Hope things go smoothly for her and the baby from now on. What is the due date??

Hi Roz,
Sounds like a fun filled weekend.  Bet you're glad Monday is here.  I had trouble with my 1/4 wheat toast yesterday.  Not sure if it was the couple slices of boiled egg or if I ate too fast.  I was miserable and  in a lot of discomfort after eating it.  I had it the day before with no problems so I don't know why it caused so much pain.  No toast for me today!

Protein:      Body Fortress Chocolate 26 gr
Breakfast:  Black Forest Ham w/ Havarti Cheese (super small amount to test the waters)
Protein:      Body Fortress Chocolate 26 gr
Snack:       1/4 c Cottage cheese w/ peaches
Protein:      Body Fortress Chocolate 26 gr
Lunch:        2 Shrimp w/****tail sauce (homemade)
Protein:      Body Fortress Chocolate 26 gr
Dinner:       1/4 c Ricotta Cheese Bake w/homemade spaghetti sauce
Snack:        1 small mozzarella ball w/2 cherry tomatoes & basil drizzled w/balsamic vinegar

It's funny how something goes down really easy one day and then makes you sick the next.  That happens to me all of the time. I'm guessing it would be the egg before the toast.  Sometimes when I get comfortable eating something then I do have a tendancy to eat it faster and don't chew it up good enough so maybe that's a little bit of it too.

I'd really like to see your totals.

Good Menu!

i'm swinging for a good sonar.  And oh my, sounds like you had a great competition.  Hurray.

It is a beautiful day here and I got Poppy out for a drive around the neighborhood.  The leaves are beautiful and a light jacket was perfect.  Now I need to hit the paperwork and get something else accomplished.

Meals
decaf protein coffee  30g
egg, turkey bacon  10g
hamburger, salsa  22g
lemon tea  23g
pork chop, kale  23g
protein shake  30g

Good to be back on track.  As much as i love good bread and good deserts, I don't seem to have much trouble getting back to not having them, thank goodness.

Did you end putting the older horse to sleep?  I've been wondering about that.

I'm glad you are getting to enjoy some warm weather.  It's getting pretty cold here.  The wind has taken care of most of the leaves but there are a few pretty spots left.

I find it strange how easy it is to get back on track. It definitely wasn't like that before WLS.  Once I blew it the diet was over.

Good Menu!

Between my schedule and my sister's (Dancer's owner), we are waiting until November for the old guy.  He is fine now, not in anymore discomfort than normal.  We just don't want him to have to go through the winter.  I don't like the idea but I know it is the best thing for him.
