MENU: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g)
S - Fage yogurt w/blueberries and protein coffee (30g)
S - popcorn
L - protein shake (30g) and a small bowl of beefy veggie soup
S - popcorn
D - meat loaf w/coleslaw
S - CarbSmart ice cream
S - pumpkin praline fudge (I have to keep it hidden)

VITAMINS:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: done
omega 3-6-9: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting

MILES:
2 -15 minute walks and 20 leaning push-ups

The scale has been up a little since I started running.  I think too many carbs.  Going to go back to my old eating plan.
