Happy Friday!! Things are starting out great today...the print is so small on my computer that I am having trouble reading it. I tried the Protein cake last night and then adjusted it and made another one this morning. It was way to strong for my tastebuds and I only took a few bites of each one. I think maybe it was the yogurt but I'm not sure. Is it supposed to get like cake or an extra thick pudding?

The cake should be like cake - you might need to cook it a little longer if it was like pudding. Have to be careful not to cook too long or it gets rubbery.

The rain stopped but the wind picked up so I have been in all day. My neice had a baby this morning, a little girl, her first. Can't wait to see the pictures, she is in San Fransisco.

I made the cake again today, and I did cook it too long, but what I did this time was use 3 packets of splenda with no sugar added applesauce. I used 3T this time, last time I used 2 because it was fully sugar loaded. Also this time I added a scoop of peanut butter. Didn't really do anything for the moistness and it seemed to settle towards the bottom of the cup. I initially nuked it for 35 seconds but it was still pretty moist. Put it in for another 15 and that was WAY too long and dry and rubbery. I'll do the 35seconds next time and let it sit to see. I don't mind it a bit more on the moist side.
B - 2 protein coffees and a regular coffee
S - the rest of the stale tostitos scoops. I've stayed out of them until today. Wasn't a lot, but enough to upset my pouch.
L - the chocolate cake. I'm sure with the peanut butter it added 100 calories I didn't need. I'll keep trying different variations.
D - No idea!!
