I hope all of my LW's have a Wonderful Thanksgiving today!! I feel so blessed to have all of you in my life!!!! You have made my journey so much easier and exciting because of your enthusiam.
If you walked into my house you would never guess that I'm cooking dinner for 20 people today other than the dark circles under my eyes because of lack of sleep. I DD#3 and I spent the evening making pies and getting the yams and the make ahead crockpot mashed potatoes ready for today. I figured I was in better shape last night to clean up the mess than I'm going to be at the end of today and I think I was right. DH took the stuffed turkey to DD#1's house and it should be starting to smell yummy. After several trips of delivering everything else we will be set for our family feast and I'm really looking forward to seeing my extended family.

The Thanksgiving plans for today are:
B protein decaf coffee, oatmeal with milk and butter, banana
L and D will be turkey, mashed cauliflower, and a bite or two of any vegetables that don't have sugar or gluten in them.
S will be a bite or two of my sugar free cheesecake, maybe a sugar free almond cookie (or two) and some of the sugar free pecan pie I am hoping to be making here soon.
I may also bring a protein bar and protein powder in case of emergency and I will probably have a protein shake before bed to make sure I get in enough protein today.
